Whatever you’re feeling, it will eventually pass. You won’t feel sad forever. At some point, you will feel happy again. You won’t feel anxious forever. In time, you will feel calm again. You don’t have to fight your feelings or feel guilty for having them. You just have to accept them and be good to yourself while you ride this out. Resisting your emotions and shaming yourself will only cause you more pain, and you don’t deserve that. You deserve your own love, acceptance, and compassion.

WHAT ARE THE FOUR HOLISTIC PILLARS OF HEALTH
~ PHYSICAL HEALTH:
Imagine feeling empowered, in-tune with your body and cultivating the inner knowing of what foods + movement allows you to feel energised and vital? How would it feel to approach eating and exercise from a place of deep appreciation, nourishment, love and connection? I firmly believe no one approach suits everyone. When we reconnect with our ability to listen to the innate intelligence of our body, we give ourselves permission to thrive. This awareness combined with the mental aspect, begins with removing the labelling of foods as "good" and "bad". In this way, we let go of restriction and avoidance of certain foods and start to adopt an inclusive mindset, incorporating more plant-rich whole-foods so that our cravings for less healthy foods naturally diminish. Taking daily action steps creates momentum which allows for a more sustainable framework and promotes lasting change.
~ MENTAL HEALTH
Our internal world shapes our external world. Our ability to heal is directly related to our current level of self-knowledge including our awareness, thoughts, alignment with our core values, beliefs and dominant mindset. There are three windows to deepening our self knowledge; by becoming objective observers of our own behaviour, seeing ourselves through others eyes and applying principles from psychological science to our personal development.
~ EMOTIONAL HEALTH
Emotion is energy in motion. Developing our emotional literacy, understanding our emotional patterns and cultivating intimacy with all that we are deepens our connection to ourself and cultivate empathetic resonance with others. I believe emotional health operates on two fundamental levels. The first is somatic, deepening our connection with our somatic experience so we can start to let go of the story of the mind and drop into the bodies innate intelligence. The second is developing an emotional vocabulary that allows us to accurately describe what processes are going on, the texture, sensation, colour, location of this experience and the emotion that it is associated with.
~ SPIRITUAL/ENERGETIC HEALTH
"We need a spirituality that is committed to being at home with all that we are: high and low, dark and light, free and not so free. In such spirituality, the personal, interpersonal, and transpersonal fruitfully co-exist". - Robert Augustus Masters. Spiritual/Energetic health is all encompassing. Growth, progress and contribution to something bigger then ourselves greatly influence our level of fulfilment. Anytime you start making progress your happiness level will increase. Developing a mindfulness practice facilitates both personal and spiritual growth which supports the level of contribution we can offer, positively impacting both ourselves and others. "Only those who have learned the power of sincere and selfless contribution experience life's deepest joy: true fulfilment." - Tony Robbins.
